POLICY(Please read)
– 99% of our items ship from
our warehouse in La Puente, CA. Items under 100lbs ship UPS/FEDEX/USPS. Items
over will ship LTL Freight. These items require pallet and lift-gate or loading
dock access. If you require assistance please contact us before purchasing.
Delivery does not include inside delivery. Freight items are only delivered
outside. Please do not discard any pallets or packaging until you have
inspected and tested your unit. If you see damage to your item upon delivery
please refuse the shipment and do not sign any delivery. The item will be
returned to us and a new one will be sent out to you.

Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico – Please contact us for freight forwarding
service.
RETURN POLICY(Please read)
-Cooler Depot does not accept
returns unless your item is malfunctioned upon arrival. For UPS/FEDEX/USPS a
shipping label will be provided for return. For LTL Freight it is required that
you have the item packaged and secured/strapped to pallet for pick up. We can not
provide any assistance in palletizing the item. Thank you for your cooperation.
